Returns
We want you to love your Toy Polloi purchase! If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Return Request: All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in unused, original condition. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Return Deadline: All returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Shipping Lead Time
Online orders process within 1-2 business days and economy shipping takes 3-7 business days, depending on the final destination. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please select your required shipping method at checkout.
