Refund policy

Returns/Refunds: You can request a return for store credit within 14 days of purchase for in store orders, or within 14 days of receiving your package for online orders. Please ensure you have proof of purchase (order#, receipt or gift receipt) or we cannot process a return. After 14 days, we can no longer process a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. 

Please note some items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds including the below:

Seasonal Items, Socks, Books, Gift Cards, Hair Accessories, and any SALE items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at shop@toy-polloi.com or visit us in person at the below shop address.

Damages: Please check your packages within 2 days of receipt and notify us immediately at shop@toy-polloi.com if you received a damaged item(s). Damage claims must be made within 5 days.
